ABAYOMI MICHAEL OSHO – Managing Director/CEO
Abayomi is a seasoned Entrepreneur, Banker, Trainer and Strategy Consultant, with over a decade of distinctive professional experience spanning Auditing, Leasing, consulting and Microfinance Banking. He obtained his BSc degree in Economics from the Ogun State University now Olabisi Onabanjo University and an MSc degree in Strategic Planning from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University Scotland United Kingdom. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB). He is a fellow of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals of Nigeria(FERP), an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria(ACE), a Certified member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria(FRC). He is also a Certified Consultant in Strategic Planning, Project & Change Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Leadership, Strategic Negotiations, Competitive Strategy e.t.c. He started his professional career with Akin & Hughes Chartered Accountants where he gathered in-depth auditing skills working with different teams of experienced auditors with portfolios consisting Commercial Banks, Oil and Gas firms, manufacturing companies e.t.c. He is the founder and Pioneer Managing Director of Verite Microfinance Bank Ltd which under his leadership has progressed tremendously.
OLUWABUKOLA ADESOYE (DIRECTOR)
Bukola holds a B.Sc degree from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University in International Relations and proceeded to University of Lagos where she bagged her MBA degree.
She started her banking career with Zenith Bank Plc where she gathered over 8years experience across Customer service and Banking operations, settlement management, E-Channels e.t.c.
She resigned honorably from Zenith Bank Plc to our team.
Benjamin is a graduate of Economics from Lagos State University where he obtained a B.Sc.
He was recruited from United Bank for Africa where he was serving as a youth corp member, by the then Platinum Bank Limited who were quite convinced of his exceptional qualities though he was not yet done with his service at that time.
Benjamin rose very fast in Platinum Bank winning several awards for his outstanding performance and moved to First City Monument Bank Plc (FCMB) after about 3 years with the Bank.
In FCMB he continued with his Sterling performance and rose to become a Senior Manager in just a little over 9 (Nine) years of his Banking career. He helped to establish the Awolowo road Branch of the Bank where he rose from a Unit Head to become Branch Manager. As Branch Manager, his Branch was the most profitable retail branch Bank wide for 3 years consecutively.
Benjamin has been through several courses in Management, Corporate Finance, Credit Risk, International Trade, Negotiation Skills and Customer service.
He resigned after a total of 10 years of Banking experience as the Zonal Head Ikoyi Lagos, covering 5 “A” branches across Ikoyi, VI and the Lekki/Ajah axis to pursue his vision as an Entrepreneur.
Benjamin currently sits on the Boards of numerous large and medium size organizations.
SAINT MATTHEW DANIEL, OLUSHOLA LEKAN- (DIRECTOR)
Shola is a seasoned banker who obtained his Bachelors Degree in Educational Administration from the University of Lagos, he also holds a PGD in credit and financial management.
Shola started his banking career with First City Monument Bank in March ,2003 with the creek road, apapa branch of the Bank. After working their for close to a year, Shola decided to increase his banking exposure by joining FSB International Bank now Fidelity Bank in 2005 where he became very resourceful and very well known to the clients and staff so quickly for building the retail and consumer clientele base which led to his second recruitment by FCMB within one year.
He continued his feat at FCMB and quickly rose to become the Profit Centre Manager(Business Banking Group) as early as 2008.
He is an oracle 8i certified database administrator.
By 2015, he moved to Heritage Bank Plc in the middle of their major acquisition of one Nigerian biggest retail banks Enterprise Bank where he took the position of the Team Lead of The Commercial Banking Department where he honourably resigned by 2016 to pursue his entrepreneurial dream.
